1. Shipment Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Important Notice: Chocolate Melting Risk (Heat Sensitivity Disclaimer)

Due to the tropical climate in Malaysia, chocolate products are highly sensitive to heat and temperature fluctuations.

  • Protective Packaging: We take great care in packaging your orders using [bubble wrap / insulated thermal foil / boxes / ice packs] to minimize heat exposure during transit.
  • Transit Conditions: airastee.my cannot be held responsible for minor cosmetic alterations, softening, or melting of chocolates that may occur while the package is in the custody of the third-party courier service.
  • Handling Upon Arrival:

Pro Tip: We highly recommend placing your chocolate products in the refrigerator for 15 – 30 minutes immediately upon delivery to allow them to firm up before opening and consuming.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Tracking Number(s).
  • The tracking number will typically become active and trackable within 24 hours of generation.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
  • airastee.my is not liable for failed deliveries or lost packages resulting from incorrect address inputs. If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-send the package.
